Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to support HR transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to identify HR business challenges and analyze complex business requirements.
- Design and propose solutions that address HR process gaps and operational pain points.
- Guide and support other SuccessFactors team members to ensure consistent delivery standards.
- Configure and support Employee Central solutions aligned with HR business processes.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Support integration and replication processes between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and delivery best practices across the project team.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Strong understanding of HR business processes
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements
- Experience in designing and proposing HR solutions
- Proven ability to configure Employee Central solutions aligned with HR processes
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering requirements
- Experience supporting integration and replication between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems
- Right to work in the UK
- UK or Irish passport or SC clearance
- Minimum of three years working in the UK
