neoris is hiring an Agile Coach to be a pillar of organizational transformation. You will be responsible for guiding Scrum teams and Scrum Masters in their agile evolution, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, self-management, experimentation, and incremental value delivery.
What You'll Do
- Coach Scrum teams in the adoption and implementation of agile practices.
- Guide, support, and mentor Scrum Masters in facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, team dynamics, and deliverables.
- Lead effective retrospectives that drive tangible improvements.
- Train teams and stakeholders in agile principles, values, and practices.
- Assess team agile maturity and propose evolution plans.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions for problem-solving.
- Support the removal of organizational impediments.
- Align the implementation of agile practices with strategic business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years working in agile environments as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role supporting multiple teams.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean.
- Understanding of Agile Manifesto principles and values.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with agile metrics: velocity, lead time, burn-down charts.
- Experience managing high-performance teams.
- Knowledge of coaching, mentoring, and organizational transformation techniques.
- Inspirational leadership, assertive communication, and active listening skills.
- Strong influence, change management, systems thinking, and conflict resolution abilities.
- A focus on continuous improvement.

- Agile certifications (Scrum, Kanban, ICP-ACC, etc.).
