Join b_labs, the transformation and digitization arm of B.TECH, as an Agile Coach. You will be responsible for coaching teams on agile practices, driving a cultural shift towards an agile mindset, and leading agile transformation initiatives within our organization.
What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor individuals and teams on adopting the agile mindset as a cultural shift.
- Coach teams on agile practices and frameworks, with a strong focus on Scrum practices.
- Coach and mentor Engineering & Product teams to enhance release planning, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
- Transfer knowledge and help teams continuously reflect and improve to become more effective.
- Lead the overall relationship between lines of business and the Agile COE through relationship building and alignment.
- Onboard new groups into the transformation process, provide overview presentations, and evangelize agile practices.
- Introduce suitable Agile methodologies and implement agility in product delivery processes.
- Evangelize the need for top-down support for agile culture and values.
- Demonstrate and share experiences to ensure best practices are used and recommend process improvements.
- Oversee the cohesion of initiatives involving many agile teams and lead initiative performance.
- Assess emerging trends and determine implications of proposed methodologies on business strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-moving tech environment.
- Agile certification (ICAgile, ACSM, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Deep knowledge of agile principles and the flexibility to adapt experience to new environments.
- Good experience in conducting Agile trainings.
- Experience with large-scale software delivery and/or agile transformation at scale in large enterprises.
- Passion for driving teams toward high performance and deep pride in quality craftsmanship.
- Hands-on mentality to directly talk to different stakeholders across squads.
- Ability to take initiative with little direction in a fast-paced tech environment.
