Hiflylabs is hiring an Agentic Architecture Lead - Spanish Speaking

The Mission We are looking for an Agentic Architecture Lead to drive the development of next-generation AI-powered web applications. You will bridge the gap between Databricks data platforms and modern web architectures, building intelligent, production-ready applications that integrate LLMs, real-time data, and scalable cloud infrastructure. This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on full-stack development, helping shape our transition toward Databricks Apps and serverless AI solutions. What You Will Do - Architect cloud-native AI applications, integrating LLMs, vector search, and real-time data. - Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend. - Implement RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents in production. - Lead cross-functional teams (Full-stack, AI, Data). - Build and maintain backend services in Python and integrate them with React (or Angular) frontends. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices.
