EWOR is searching for an Agentic AI Co-Founder / CMO to launch and lead a high-growth startup in fields like AgriTech. You will be fully responsible for your venture, backed by EWOR's network, resources, and a structured development programme designed by serial entrepreneurs.
What You'll Do
- Own, build, and run your own startup, scaling it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Follow an intensive personal development journey focused on goal, time, and energy management.
- Iterate your product until achieving product-market-fit.
- Build a sales force or create a marketing engine for your venture.
What We're Looking For
- Based in or willing to relocate to Europe or the Americas.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
