Job Responsibilities Join our contact center team as a Bilingual Financial Services Representative in our telephone banking operations department and make a real difference for our clients. You will answer incoming customer calls and transferred calls from other CIBC Bank services. You will assist clients with routine banking transactions. You will identify their needs, respond to their inquiries, and provide solutions to their problems. You will recommend banking products to clients based on their unique needs to help them achieve their financial goals. At CIBC Bank, we offer the best work environment to help you excel in your role. You can efficiently complete all tasks remotely, with only occasional on-site work required. Please note the start date is January 26, 2026, and this is a permanent full-time position. Our Contact Center is open Monday through Sunday, from 7 AM to midnight. You can work during these hours, including evenings and weekends. CIBC Bank has launched the Representative@Home remote work program; all employees may be given the opportunity to work from home if they meet program requirements.
