EWOR GmbH is looking for a Co-Founder / CEO to own, build, and run a new venture in the aerospace field with the goal of scaling it to over €100M in revenues and building a €1B+ company. You will join a program where EWOR backs top tech founders globally with funding and bespoke mentorship by unicorn founders.

What You'll Do

Own, build, and run your own startup in fields such as Aerospace.
Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customized program enhancing goal, time, and energy management.
Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing engine.
Scale your startup to €100M+ in revenues.

What We're Looking For

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
Excellent communication skills in the English language.
