Start here. Grow here. We are seeking a Lead Engineer (Primary Substation) to join our Transmission & Distribution team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful Energy projects across global offices and continue developing technical expertise in a supportive, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide specialized technical input to studies and design - Develop study and design procedures for high-quality, cost-effective work - Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables - Develop construction cost estimates and technical effort projections - Utilize expertise in completing discipline components of PS&E packages - Perform quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings - Prepare technical specification sections - Contribute to engineering budget and schedule development Qualifications: The successful candidate will have: - 8-12 years of work experience - Prior experience leading large design engineering teams in grid substation design - Mandatory experience in HV Plant Design for large EHV Grid Substations - Desirable experience with Grid Utilities design teams - Exposure to International standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, Australian Standards) - Experience with GIS and AIS EHV substation HV Plant Primary design - Chartership or Fellowship with IET or equivalent - Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) Additional Information: Our organizational philosophy supports flexibility and balance, requesting hybrid employees to work from our office at least three days per week.
