Bunge Global is hiring an Advogado to join its legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and providing legal services for M&A projects, including documentation, contracts, legal due diligence, and related matters. You will also offer legal opinions in other areas necessary for business development, focusing on corporate and antitrust procedures, to enable transactions in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
What You'll Do
- Support other team members in responding to legal consultations, providing opinions, guidance, and other legal support across various specialties, meeting agreed-upon levels and deadlines.
- Analyze various contracts to ensure legal soundness and prevent inconsistencies, advising in negotiations through to process closure.
- Monitor and control the workflow of processes handled by external lawyers, supporting meetings, communicating strategies, and validating documents.
- Participate in preventive lawyering, anticipating the emergence of contingencies or the initiation of lawsuits.
- Address corporate legal needs, acting in the incorporation, restructuring, merger, and acquisition of companies, executing processes, and monitoring registrations.
- Support legal advisory in acquisition processes, corporate restructuring, market operations, and fundraising, analyzing information for the market and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare necessary powers of attorney for the company, involving expiration control, requests, verifying approvals, and conducting signatures.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Law degree.
- Advanced English proficiency.
