We are looking for an Advisory Solution Consultant - EAM/ITAM to support the sales effort for our IT Asset Management & Enterprise Asset Management products. You will use your technical and domain expertise to address customer business challenges, demonstrate value, and play a key role in the sales process.
What You'll Do
- Convince customers and prospects to use the ServiceNow IT Asset Management & Enterprise Asset Management suite to solve business and technical problems.
- Inspire with an innovative mindset, providing guidance on the future of ITAM & EAM solutions.
- Take a leading role in creating and sharing best practices and content to educate colleagues and help customers realize value faster.
- Qualify, scope, plan, and deliver customer-facing activities such as presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Spread the word and educate about ServiceNow technology and industry trends through public, customer, and marketing events.
- Be the voice of the customer and provide field feedback to product management and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
- Be the go-to person in the region for market trends and competitive analysis with special skills on differentiation for ITAM solutions.
- Be the trusted advisor for ITAM/EAM solutions for customers, the market, partners, and colleagues with a consultative mindset.
What We're Looking For
- A lifelong learner passionate about building trustful business relationships.
- Great communication and presentation skills, including explaining technical and business concepts.
- Experience driving technical activities in complex organizations managing change and multiple stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ideally, a solution consulting and/or presales background in datacenter domains with understanding and hands-on experience with related tools and processes.
- Experience installing, configuring, customizing, and integrating technologies from various domains such as Cloud, DevOps, Monitoring, and Automation.
- Ability to create and influence enterprise architectures in large organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and experience working with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience with concepts like Public or Private Cloud, Machine Learning, and AIOps.
- Scripting knowledge is a plus.
Team & Environment
You will be a member of the Specialist Consulting Team, supporting Technology Workflows product sales.
Work Mode
This role operates on a hybrid basis, with locations in AMS - North America and Canada.
