At Gainwell Technologies, we focus on technology that improves health and well-being. As an Advisor Application Architect, you will implement technical processes, deliver key projects, and provide senior-level architectural design and analysis to support our mission.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a domain expert with a complete view of the account.
- Provide recommendations on potential threats and risks.
- Implement technical processes to roll out solutions and DevOps pipelines.
- Deliver projects successfully.
- Serve as a member of the change advisory board and architecture review board.
- Provide consultation on complex problems and Level 4 support.
- Participate in escalation calls.
- Act as a client-facing representative when needed.
- Conduct technical research, testing, evaluation, and documentation of hosting and configuration tools.
- Coordinate with application developers, managers, and customer experts to ensure features are included in releases.
- Provide high-level analysis and design reviews to other departments to avoid duplication.
- Work with third-party vendors to integrate applications into company products.
- Work with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Eight or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience.
- Experience working with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Experience working with software systems, applications, and network markets.
- Experience working with technical products, vendors, and families of technologies.
- Broad business area knowledge and familiarity with competitor products and services.
- Experience with application design principles and product configurations.
- Understanding of relevant programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Experience with mainframes, scheduling software, and related technologies.
- Experience with the software development life cycle and interpreting client requirements.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor less experienced personnel.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, support, development teams, and management.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Active Directory restructuring, ADO, and Security.
- Experience with Okta or other IAM products.
- Development experience in the .NET tech stack.
