Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding care in a supportive environment focused on follow-ups and new patient consults.
- See an average of 25–30 patients per day in a full clinic.
- Travel to nearby New Lenox and Morris locations.

- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
