NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of Admissions Officer The successful candidate will join the Marketing team in London. Reporting directly to the Head of Enrollment, he/she will be responsible for managing student enrollment processes and delivering a comprehensive admissions experience for domestic and international applicants. This position involves guiding prospective students, processing applications, managing administrative and financial documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders. He/She will additionally support business development strategies, marketing initiatives, and generate statistical enrollment insights for management. The selected candidate will execute the following responsibilities: - Ensure comprehensive student counseling across multiple recruitment channels (web, international student groups, fairs, campaigns) to achieve targeted enrollment for each academic intake. - Manage application collection and student engagement throughout the enrollment journey, including receiving, registering, and validating candidate applications. - Deliver exceptional customer service to applicants through in-person interactions, telephone support, and prompt email communications. - Implement programme-specific acceptance protocols, including entrance examinations, portfolio evaluations, and candidate interviews. - Oversee and administer the complete student admissions process for the London campus, ensuring a compliant and streamlined enrollment experience. - Coordinate programme-specific selection procedures, encompassing entrance assessments, portfolio reviews, and candidate interviews. - Manage international student visa procedures, collaborating with UK immigration authorities, diplomatic missions, and consular offices to facilitate visa issuance and regulatory compliance. - Provide guidance to prospective and current students regarding scholarship and financial aid opportunities, including application procedures and eligibility criteria. - Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient processing and outcome communication. - Generate periodic statistical enrollment reports to track application pipelines and assess recruitment effectiveness. - Contribute to promotional events like Open Days and welcome sessions, managing on-campus and online coordination. - Support sales and marketing strategy development by identifying key recruitment regions and proposing initiatives to enhance institutional reputation. - Develop and maintain international network connections with public and private educational institutions. Requirements: Educational and Experience The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree; a master's in a related field is advantageous. He/She possesses 2–3 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, or student recruitment, with comprehensive understanding of UK admissions compliance and student visa procedures. Experience with scholarship or financial aid processes is preferred. Skills The candidate demonstrates strong organizational and administrative capabilities, exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Advanced analytical skills for enrollment reporting and a proactive approach, with proficiency in independent and collaborative work environments. Professional and Technical Skills Comprehensive knowledge of UK educational sector regulations, guidelines, and recruitment trends. Proficiency in CRM systems, student information platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital recruitment communication tools. Languages Fluent English (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken communication; additional language skills are beneficial.
