About the Role

A remote opportunity exists for an exceptional Admissions Data & Performance Management professional in the United States. We are recruiting a highly strategic and analytical professional to drive data-driven operations within a dynamic call center environment. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into meaningful insights, enhancing operational performance, optimizing staffing strategies, and improving admissions outcomes. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, advanced analytical capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to effectively translate data findings. The professional will be pivotal in ensuring precise data management, streamlined workflows, and measurable performance enhancements across the admissions team. This fully remote position offers flexibility while providing significant opportunities to influence organizational success. Accountabilities: · Oversee and optimize all admissions dashboards and reporting mechanisms across integrated systems. · Monitor critical performance indicators including call volumes, conversion metrics, wait times, cancellation rates, and individual agent performance. · Detect and analyze performance trends, irregularities, and patterns to generate strategic recommendations. · Execute comprehensive root cause analyses on performance declines, lead quality issues, and operational inefficiencies. · Develop predictive models for call volumes, admissions flow, and staffing requirements with strategic scheduling recommendations. · Maintain rigorous data integrity, standardization, and governance across reporting platforms. · Facilitate operational planning, procedural documentation, training programs, and initiative launch readiness. · Function as a strategic leadership advisor, delivering insights to elevate team performance and operational effectiveness. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. · 3–5 years experience in call center operations, admissions, analytics, or workforce management. · Exceptional analytical capabilities with demonstrated KPI reporting expertise. · Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, call tracking platforms, and business intelligence tools. · Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling. · Proven experience in forecasting, workforce planning, and operational optimization. · Superior communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying complex insights. · Highly organized, detail-focused, adaptable professional with proactive performance improvement orientation.
