About the Role

RemoteVA PH is looking for an Administrator to manage client communications and invoicing. You will ensure professional client interactions and accurate financial tracking in a remote, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and manage client emails professionally and promptly.
  • Create and send accurate invoices using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain organized records of all communications and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
