About the Role

Azurreo is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operational and coordination tasks across departments. Based remotely in Tunisia, this full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and is passionate about maintaining order, accuracy, and timely support delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Track and manage company shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain and organize contracts and essential documentation
  • Coordinate international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Monitor expenses and assist in maintaining internal financial dashboards
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document filing, and cross-team coordination
  • Provide internal support to different departments with day-to-day operational needs

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Advanced proficiency in French (C1); English at Intermediate to Upper Intermediate level (B1–B2)
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and digital admin tools

Nice to Have

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote setup
  • Professional and clear communication in both English and French
  • Proactive and independent work ethic
