What You'll Do
Support the CEO and executive leadership by managing schedules, communications, and professional commitments to enhance daily efficiency. Handle travel logistics and expense reporting with accuracy and discretion. Maintain organized digital records through data entry, document scanning, and inbox coordination.
Oversee office supply inventory and assist in coordinating internal and external events, including team gatherings, investor meetings, and industry conferences. Perform a variety of logistical tasks such as scheduling interviews, arranging conference rooms, managing deliveries, and interfacing with facility staff. Contribute to special initiatives with a focus on smooth execution and operational reliability.
Requirements
This role demands a highly organized individual who works effectively with limited supervision. You must be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to make quick, sound decisions under pressure. Flexibility in hours is essential, along with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
