Braze is hiring an Administrative Assistant IV. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Product and Design organizations, directly assisting two Vice Presidents. You will ensure they use their time effectively and help maintain operational efficiency within their teams.
What You'll Do
- Support two Vice Presidents with their respective administrative needs.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and deconflicting existing engagements, often across multiple time zones.
- Prepare for meetings by creating calendar events, drafting agendas, creating slide decks, and communicating with attendees.
- Manage executive schedules to ensure sufficient time for deep work and task completion.
- Attend meetings to manage Zoom logistics, track action items, and follow up with attendees.
- Plan and coordinate events, including onsite/offsite meetings and team-building activities.
- Handle additional administrative functions such as submitting expense reports and coordinating travel via Navan, preparing documents and presentations using Google Suite, performing basic team budget reconciliation, and executing ad-hoc special projects.
- Partner with the Leadership Support Team to coordinate across the wider organization.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant administrative experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across various teams.
- Experience at a rapidly growing company, with the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Navan, and Zoom.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Ability to deal with conflict as well as give and receive feedback diplomatically.
- A highly organized and resourceful approach, with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and acute attention to detail and follow-through.

Team & Environment
You will report to the lead Executive Assistant on the Product Team. Your primary responsibility is supporting two Vice Presidents on the Product and Design Teams, and you will partner closely with the broader Leadership Support Team.

- USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $115,000 - $155,000 per year.
- USA base pay range (all other U.S. states): $102,000 - $142,000 per year.
