Sírio-Libanês is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our Employee Health and Occupational Medicine department. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our team and ensure smooth administrative and operational routines.
What You'll Do
- Provide in-person and telephone service to employees and third parties, offering information about Employee Health services.
- Generate various control and monitoring reports.
- Perform typing and issuance of documents, notices, letters, and departmental support materials.
- Organize and keep updated the file of documents, informational materials, and the Occupational Medicine appointment schedule.
- Request materials from the warehouse, receiving and organizing them appropriately.
- Issue purchase requests for departmental material resources.
- Receive, check, and file documents related to acquired materials.
- Provide administrative support to the Occupational Health and Safety team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the satisfaction of served employees.
