About the Role

Banorte is seeking an Administration Analyst based in San Jose del Cabo. In this role, you will be responsible for the control and monitoring of administrative procedures for the Back Office area, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop effective work strategies.
  • Apply teamwork, excellent organization, and control of files.
  • Establish and monitor service levels.

What We're Looking For

  • Professional degree in Business Administration or Law.
  • 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in database management, administrative controls, document review, and report creation.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Excel and the Office suite.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of mortgage credit processes.
