Remote Recruitment is hiring an Admin Operations Assistant to support our operational team and enhance organizational efficiency. You will act as a pivotal resource in maintaining smooth workflows and facilitating communication.
What You'll Do
- Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Maintain accurate records, manage databases, and handle document filing
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes as required
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
- Support procurement activities, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
- Help implement administrative improvements and operational best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with various software tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma required
Nice to Have
- Additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus
