WPP Media is hiring an Ad Ops Manager for its Global Operations Centre (GOC). In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. You will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the quality delivery of ad operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media regional teams in Europe, the U.S., and Asia.
- Enforce best practices focusing on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery.
- Be accountable for consistent work delivery by ensuring a high quality of output.
- Serve as a point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
- Line manage 2-5 direct reports.
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to aid in team development, improvement, and progress.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced English level (B2–C2).
- 3 years of implementing and optimizing programmatic campaigns in CM360 or Sizmek.
- Some experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or DV360.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
