What You Will Do: - Serve as primary customer liaison, ensuring success and satisfaction throughout their lifecycle - Facilitate Acumatica solution adoption, helping customers achieve business objectives and maximize investment returns - Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction scores through proactive account management - Conduct regular strategic business reviews to assess progress and identify growth opportunities - Manage customer escalations by coordinating cross-departmentally - Provide expert guidance on product features, policies, and licensing - Act as trusted advisor sharing optimization insights - Contribute to continuous improvement of Customer Success practices Qualifications: - 5+ years SaaS/ERP experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or Support - USA-based location - Superior communication skills with professional approach - Proficient in remote work environments - Strong problem-solving and consensus-building abilities - Proven experience managing high-stakes accounts - Passionate about customer satisfaction - Quick learning capacity - Resourceful and detail-oriented - Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders - Exceptional prioritization and workload management skills - Team-oriented collaborative mindset Acumatica offers competitive compensation ranging $100,000-$120,000 annually, with potential bonus and equity opportunities based on individual performance.
