WTW invites experienced General Insurance (GI) Pricing Actuaries to join our Actuarial Talent Pool within the Insurance Consulting & Technology (ICT) team in Malaysia. You will work at the intersection of actuarial pricing, underwriting, business strategy, AI and technology, collaborating with actuaries, data scientists and consultants to deliver innovative solutions to insurers across the region.

What You'll Do

Perform actuarial analysis across areas such as pricing, reserving, capital, and financial reporting.
Develop, review, and enhance actuarial models and tools.
Analyze and interpret data to support client insights and decision-making.
Collaborate with consultants, technologists, and regional teams on client engagements.
Support continuous improvement of methodologies, processes, and technology solutions.

What We're Looking For

Solid experience in GI pricing and rate deployment.
Strong technical actuarial foundation and business understanding across pricing, product design, claims and underwriting.
Good progress on actuarial exams.
Strong interest in AI, data science, and advanced analytics.
Ability to communicate business insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
