Mercury Insurance Services, LLC is hiring an Actuarial Analyst II to support our Senior Actuaries in achieving profit and growth objectives. You will focus on ratemaking and loss reserves for specific products in specific states.
What You'll Do
- Work with senior management and state administrators to meet profit and growth objectives for assigned lines of business.
- Provide support for state filings.
- Monitor rates in-force to evaluate the adequacy and competitiveness of assigned programs.
- Develop rates that meet profit and growth objectives for assigned lines of business.
- Develop loss reserve estimates for internal and financial reporting as needed.
- Communicate ideas and experiences with actuaries.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.

- $76,829 to $142,213 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
- $69,845 to $129,284 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)
- $62,860 to $116,356 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)
