Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring an Activations Sales Agent to engage directly with our guests. In this role, you'll proactively contact guests who have purchased a vacation package but haven't finalized their booking, using a blend of sales and service skills to secure their travel plans and drive key resort metrics.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to activate guest vacation bookings.
- Use salesmanship and customer service techniques to secure bookings and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Help deliver on arrival targets and increase department revenue.
- Guarantee tour volume for the resort network.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or an equivalent field.
- Must be located within 50 miles of Orlando, FL.
