Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is seeking an Acoustics Engineer (Noise Protection) to join its planning department team. Your core responsibilities will involve planning and coordination in the field of immission protection, specifically noise protection and air hygiene.

What You'll Do

Conduct and coordinate planning activities in the field of immission protection, focusing on noise protection and air hygiene.
Provide official statements on noise inquiries and third-party construction inquiries as a public interest body.
Participate in the awarding of engineering services and process contracts related to immission protection.
Advise on and evaluate changes to measures during the construction implementation phase.

What We're Looking For

A completed university degree (Diploma FH or Bachelor of Science) in Physics, Building Physics, Environmental Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Equivalent professional experience that demonstrates the required qualification is also acceptable.

Nice to Have

Comprehensive, sound, and proven practical expertise in soundproofing, pollutant emissions, and the relevant technical standards and regulations.
Secure command of relevant IT applications, especially MS Office programs.
A valid Class B driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
