Role Description: As a Corporate Trainer at Achieve, you'll be instrumental in embodying our organizational values and cultivating a dynamic learning environment. Your primary responsibility involves delivering engaging training content through virtual and live classroom settings, focusing on enhancing employee performance and preparedness. Key responsibilities include facilitating comprehensive sales training programs, supporting new hire onboarding, and collaboratively developing innovative learning methodologies. You'll work closely with instructional designers and operational leaders to ensure training effectiveness and support agent development during their initial production phases.
