Role Description:
As a Corporate Trainer at Achieve, you'll be instrumental in embodying our organizational values and cultivating a dynamic learning environment. Your primary responsibility involves delivering engaging training content through virtual and live classroom settings, focusing on enhancing employee performance and preparedness.
Key responsibilities include facilitating comprehensive sales training programs, supporting new hire onboarding, and collaboratively developing innovative learning methodologies. You'll work closely with instructional designers and operational leaders to ensure training effectiveness and support agent development during their initial production phases.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sales new hire and advanced skills training
- Manage high-volume training programs (12-17 business days monthly)
- Create positive, practical onboarding experiences
- Assess performance and maintain effective learning environments
- Provide individualized performance coaching
- Utilize diverse training techniques and tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with organizational objectives
- Execute administrative training-related tasks
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years customer service/sales training experience
- Strong in-person/virtual presentation capabilities
- Proficient in remote work environments
- Sales or customer service background preferred
- Performance management methodology familiarity
- Adaptability in dynamic organizational settings
- Exceptional communication skills
- Leadership demonstration
- Potential training presentation assessment required
