LCH Lab. Corp. of America Holdings (Labcorp) is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Revenue Cycle Management Division. You’ll be responsible for processing secondary claims to private and government payers using the billing system as part of a team dedicated to optimizing revenue flow.
What You'll Do
- Research payer websites to obtain required backup documentation
- Identify issues and trends with your assigned payers
- Ensure aged accounts receivable is handled according to Standard Operating Procedure
- Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittance
- Remain flexible to support ever-changing priorities
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year of general work experience
Nice to Have
- Previous work experience in accounts receivable, billing, office administration, or data entry
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
