Olo is hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end billing and collections cycle. You will be the leader responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our receivables.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process
- Oversee customer billing, cash application, and collection activities
- Develop and enforce AR policies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO
- Analyze AR aging reports and resolve complex collection issues
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to address billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing an accounts receivable function
- Strong understanding of billing systems, cash application, and collections best practices
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines
