Olo is hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end billing and collections cycle. You will be the leader responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our receivables.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process
Oversee customer billing, cash application, and collection activities
Develop and enforce AR policies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO
Analyze AR aging reports and resolve complex collection issues
Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to address billing inquiries
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing an accounts receivable function
Strong understanding of billing systems, cash application, and collections best practices
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
