RemoteVA PH is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to manage vendor payments and ensure the accuracy of financial records. You will leverage tools like QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager to maintain efficient accounts payable processes.
What You'll Do
- Process and record accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks Online and Rent Manager.
- Review and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits and reporting.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries.
- Prepare reports on accounts payable activity, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly with the proper GL Account.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in accounts payable management.

- Must have experience using Rent Manager.
