Truelogic Software is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end vendor invoice and payment processes while collaborating with teams across the organization. You'll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting our operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and maintain the AP mailbox, ensuring all internal and external inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoice processing and payment execution.
- Lead the posting of payments within our ERP system and manage payment processing workflows.
- Coordinate with other Finance functions like Client Finance and Accounts Receivable to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Regularly review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure alignment.
- Assist with team training and development.
- Perform daily review and submission of invoices for timely transaction posting.
- Conduct monthly 1099 maintenance reconciliation and assist with issuing 1099 forms to vendors.
- Provide audit support and manage related files.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or a closely related field OR 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
- Proven proficiency with enterprise-level accounting systems and the ability to multitask across multiple applications.
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and business partners.
- Ability to set strategic priorities and manage time exceptionally well.
Nice to Have
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
