Responsibilities
- Oversee complete AP and AR processes using QuickBooks Online
- Ensure financial accuracy by matching ERP transactions with QBO
- Create and send customer invoices, track aging reports
- Address and fix billing issues and payment problems
- Handle customer and vendor questions professionally and quickly
- Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, and basic reporting tasks
- Keep accurate records in line with industry standards
