MezTal is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee the finance team and manage all accounting operations. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, provide insightful financial reporting, and work to improve financial processes and implement best practices.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Initiate and coordinate financial audits.
Implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Develop and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in accounting systems.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
At least five years of experience in accounting.
Minimum of two years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of Quickbooks and databases.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
Advanced English.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and develop a team.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
US Valid Visa.
