360dialog GmbH is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our fully remote team. You will be responsible for accounting tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement, working efficiently in a remote environment. We are a bootstrapped, profitable global company enabling businesses to adapt messaging channels for performance use cases.
What You'll Do
- Perform accounting tasks with a focus on precision and reliability
- Identify and implement improvements to our accounting processes
- Work efficiently and collaboratively in a fully remote, global team environment
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel)
- Experience with German ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team 100% remotely
- Fluent in English and German (both verbal and written)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of international taxes and VAT
