Oncoclínicas, a leader in oncology treatment, is looking for an Accounting Analyst II to join our team. You will execute accounting classifications, perform account reconciliations, and participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports for the clinics within our group, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.
What You'll Do
- Execute proper accounting classifications for the Group's clinics, ensuring records respect accounting principles and norms.
- Perform general reconciliation of accounting accounts (cash, bank accounts, linked accounts, financial investments, equity, and others), identifying discrepancies and making necessary corrections or reclassifications.
- Participate in the preparation of accounting statements and reports such as trial balances, balance sheets, P&L statements, variable and fixed cost reports, fixed asset reports, and billing reports.
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements for regulatory bodies and other accounting reports.
- Maintain and correct accounting records at their source and instruct on the correct way to make entries.
- Support monthly inventory activities for the clinics.
- Execute other related activities as directed by your immediate supervisor.
What We're Looking For
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences + active CRC
- Experience in accounting reconciliations
- Experience in managing fixed assets, intangible assets, and leases
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
