About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, reporting, and cash flow operations. This hands-on role will oversee monthly closes, reconciliations, bill payments, and both traditional and digital currency transactions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, continually improves processes, and strengthens governance and controls while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and discretion. Your Impact Monthly Reporting & Accounting - Prepare accurate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports - Maintain general ledger entries across multiple entities - Reconcile bank, trust, and digital currency accounts monthly - Track and categorize inflows, outflows, and transfers Payment & Liquidity - Manage bill payments, invoices, and reimbursements - Ensure adequate liquidity across bank, trust, and digital currency accounts - Maintain organized supporting documentation for all transactions Tax Support - Ensure books are tax-ready with proper categorization and documentation - Work closely with internal tax team and external advisors to prepare US Tax filings - Stay current on filing deadlines and assist with extensions, estimates, and required payments Digital & Financial Support - Record and reconcile digital currency activity in line with accounting standards - Support execution of digital transfers, including wallet management - Prepare projections, forecasts, and cash flow planning - Handle ad hoc financial requests from founders and executives Process Improvement & Governance - Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose improved workflows - Contribute to establishing accounting governance - Implement best practices for reconciliations, reporting packages, and audit readiness - Act as a resource for continuous improvement across family office operations Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - At least 3–5 years of professional accounting/bookkeeping experience - Hands-on monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting - Self-starter with bias toward action and ownership - Strong process orientation, with proven ability to improve systems - High integrity and discretion handling sensitive information - Proficiency with google sheets and accounting software - Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills - Clear communicator Preferred Requirements - Exposure to digital currency accounting or willingness to learn quickly - Big 4 Experience - Spanish speaker preferred All roles are global and remote-based.
