iRhythm Technologies is expanding its accounting team and is hiring an Accountant in Manila. In this role, you will assist in activities that ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies, support the monthly close process, and help implement accounting procedures. You will be a key contributor to accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.
What You'll Do
- Assist with month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing for fixed assets, leases, debt, and other general accounting areas.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Assist FP&A with trend and account analysis for internal distribution.
- Support SOX and internal controls compliance efforts, including the evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of controls.
- Assist with audits by preparing work papers and analyzing data, collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
- Perform other duties as mutually agreed upon to support career growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience in a Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment.
- Strong understanding and proficiency of U.S. GAAP.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Openness to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication ability.
- Ability to work shifts to align with global assignments.
Nice to Have
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with QAD software.
- An eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a rapidly growing, dynamic environment.
