Responsibilities
- Interpret yearly brand goals and strategies to guide the implementation of aligned initiatives
- Develop full-scale multimedia communication strategies through cross-functional collaboration, requiring limited oversight
- Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives
- Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to track progress against key milestones
- Collaborate with clients, internal departments, and review committees to streamline promotional material approvals
- Maintain in-depth understanding of brand, product, market, and category trends to support strategic input and client trust
- Build and sustain strong client relationships that foster long-term partnership and credibility
- Serve as primary liaison for all account matters, identifying when escalation to senior leadership is necessary
- Guide, mentor, and support the professional growth of direct and indirect team members
- Safeguard account financial health by managing estimates, budgets, and reporting within client-defined parameters and company policies
