Thomson Reuters is hiring an Account Specialist Manager, Audit to lead a team responsible for driving renewals and commercial execution across a portfolio of customers. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and strategic oversight to ensure retention, accurate forecasting, and incremental growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
- Oversee end-to-end renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasting.
- Drive incremental revenue through low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities; support pricing and negotiation strategies.
- Align with CSMs, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure renewal timing and commercial terms support customer value realization.
- Maintain visibility into renewal performance, pipeline health, and commercial metrics; ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity.
- Identify and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments.
- Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms).
- Advanced English proficiency both written and oral. Candidates will be tested before setting up an interview.
