Role Responsibilities: - Manage comprehensive renewal processes for assigned customer portfolios - Execute contract negotiations, quotations, and renewal projections - Discover and implement modest-scale expansion and cross-selling opportunities - Process incoming commercial inquiries and escalate complex scenarios - Synchronize renewal timelines with customer value achievement - Coordinate with Finance and Legal for streamlined transaction processing Daily Operational Focus: - Renewal Management: Facilitate timely, precise renewals through strategic quote management, contract handling, and customer communications - Commercial Execution: Process incoming requests, recognize potential upsell scenarios, and support pricing discussions collaboratively - Interdepartmental Collaboration: Engage closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to align strategic objectives - Data Management: Maintain precise renewal forecasts, update tracking systems, and ensure comprehensive commercial performance visibility - Customer Engagement: Interact proactively to confirm renewal intentions and clarify contractual terms Performance Indicators: - Renewal & Retention: Percentage of successfully renewed contracts within designated account segments - Expansion Revenues: Income generated through low-complexity cross-selling and upsell initiatives Candidate Profile: Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience - Minimum 2 years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles - Advanced English language proficiency (comprehensive written and verbal communication) Professional Attributes: - Robust commercial understanding and negotiation capabilities - Superior communication and relationship management skills - Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail - Proficiency in CRM and quotation platforms - Adaptable cross-functional collaboration abilities Compensation: Competitive base salary complemented by performance-driven variable commissions and comprehensive benefits package.
