CHEP is hiring an Account Representative to manage relationships with our pallet receiving locations. In this role, you will drive improvements in asset recovery and customer satisfaction while supporting key business growth initiatives for our international organization.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations.
- Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying root causes of failure and collaborating with internal teams.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits and providing targeted training for retailer staff.
- Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new customers, establishing asset recovery agreements.
- Manage and execute audit programs within the account portfolio to ensure adherence to asset management standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives and expand CHEP’s customer base.
- Monitor asset control metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
