What You'll Do
Drive revenue and profitability by managing sales performance across an assigned region. Develop customized business strategies for key accounts to strengthen long-term partnerships and support mutual growth. Identify customer challenges and craft actionable plans to address them effectively.
Monitor market trends and gather sales intelligence to uncover new opportunities. Maintain accurate reporting through regular updates on sales activity, client development, and promotional efforts. Frequent local travel is required, including occasional overnight trips to meet customer needs.
Requirements
Minimum of four years of proven success in business development or sales, or hold an Associate’s Degree. A valid driver’s license is required, with no major traffic violations—including DUI, license suspension, or reckless driving—within the past three years.
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
