LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. is looking for an Account Manager to support our sales team and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within an established book of business.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels.
- Act as liaison between sales support and customers to provide superior service and solutions.
- Evaluate existing relationships, grow and expand those relationships, create a territory plan, and execute successfully against that strategy.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
- Call existing customers to secure appointments, gather information on their needs, and position and demonstrate the value of our products.
- Provide excellent customer service by managing objections, setting realistic expectations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales or customer success experience.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and forecasting skills.
- Ability to promptly manage and respond to customer contacts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to move into a direct sales role long-term.
Nice to Have
- Preferred location in FL or OH, though we are flexible on location for the right candidate.

You will be part of our multinational sales team dedicated to partnering with organizations to address and solve complex risk problems.
Benefits & Compensation
- Country-specific benefits are available.
- Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $42,300 - $70,700.
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply.
