Responsibilities

- Support onboarding of new partners when needed

- Assist partners in optimizing their platform presence
- Drive adoption of new tools and features
- Ensure compliance with platform policies
- Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns
- Deliver insights from partner feedback to product teams
- Manage account documentation and updates
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Escalate critical issues following established protocols
- Support quarterly business reviews
