About the Role

This role involves managing a portfolio of partners in the Portland region, ensuring their success on the platform by analyzing performance, offering strategic recommendations, and serving as a primary point of contact. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve account performance for assigned partners
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to increase partner revenue
  • Provide strategic guidance based on performance data
  • Respond to partner inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Support onboarding of new partners when needed
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners
  • Advocate for partner needs within the organization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market changes
  • Assist partners in optimizing their platform presence
  • Drive adoption of new tools and features
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns
  • Deliver insights from partner feedback to product teams
  • Manage account documentation and updates
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Escalate critical issues following established protocols
  • Support quarterly business reviews
  • Promote best practices in account management
  • Facilitate training sessions for partners
  • Monitor partner pricing and availability accuracy
  • Encourage long-term partner retention
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
