Healthcare Sales Representative - Abuja In this role, you'll be the driving force behind GE Healthcare's sales strategy in your region. We're looking for a sales pro who can not only close deals with high-profile healthcare clients but also build lasting relationships that turn prospects into long-term partners. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Hunt down new business opportunities while nurturing your existing customer portfolio. Keep that sales funnel flowing smoothly • Craft killer proposals, prepare spot-on sales quotations, and schedule strategic customer meetings where you'll showcase our equipment's game-changing capabilities • Navigate complex sales negotiations like a pro, engaging with everyone from product users to C-suite executives • Sell service contracts and financing options that demonstrate genuine value, without compromising on price • Develop deep product knowledge of both GEHC and competitive offerings • Hit those quarterly and annual revenue targets by smart time management and razor-sharp territory coverage • Build customer relationships that go way beyond the initial sale - we're talking long-term partnerships • Create smart account penetration strategies and keep the business informed about market insights • Collaborate seamlessly with internal field teams to drive growth and orders • Develop and execute strategic business plans, including bulk purchase opportunities Quality Specific Goals: • Know and comply with ALL GEHC quality standards, policies, and regulations • Complete mandatory quality and compliance training on schedule • Proactively identify and address any quality concerns • Understand and operate within global privacy, anti-competition, and environmental health policies • Ensure order accuracy and configuration integrity Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • 7+ years proven sales experience in healthcare/life sciences equipment • Ability to work independently and build rapport across organizational levels • Strong financial analysis and sales offer development skills • Proven track record of executive relationship building in healthcare settings • Exceptional communication skills • Willingness to travel within assigned region • Clean driving record (if vehicle usage is required) Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
