As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of customer success throughout the full lifecycle, working remotely to support clients across Germany. Your role is central to ensuring customers not only achieve their goals but continue to grow in value and engagement over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on understanding business objectives, monitoring performance, and identifying paths for commercial expansion.
- Drive revenue growth by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs and usage patterns.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding by coordinating with Account Executives and support teams to deliver immediate value.
- Support product adoption by guiding customers through best practices, addressing challenges, and helping them fully utilize platform capabilities.
- Proactively resolve obstacles that impact customer success, collaborating with support when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
- Track customer health using key metrics, spotting early signs of risk or opportunity to inform engagement strategies.
- Build lasting relationships with decision-makers through regular check-ins, business reviews, and in-person meetings.
- Collect feedback on product experience and share insights with the Product team to influence development and improve engagement.
- Lead contract renewal efforts, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and continuity of service.
