About the Role

The Account Manager in Lille will drive the success of a strategic portfolio of key restaurant partners in mature sectors, acting as a Food-Tech expert to ensure long-term growth and operational excellence. This is a 100% remote role focused on the Lille market, requiring high-touch partnership management and data-led decision-making at Deliveroo.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the dedicated Food-Tech expert for Lille, building durable, high-value relationships with key restaurant partners.
  • Use performance data to provide personalised coaching, optimising the profitability of your portfolio and ensuring long-term success.
  • Regularly analyse portfolio performance to make proactive recommendations to leadership.
  • Quickly deploy new tools and features in a fast-paced environment.
  • Design and implement bespoke marketing campaigns and promotional strategies tailored to partners' specific needs.
  • Closely monitor live operations to ensure a seamless experience for both restaurant partners and customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience (typically 2–3+ years) in a similar account management or commercial role.
  • Proven track record of hitting OKRs.
  • Proven ability to lead complex commercial discussions, including contract negotiations and implementation of new commercial tools.
  • Strong 'on-the-ground' knowledge of the local market.
  • Ability to maintain a high-quality competitive watch.
  • Proven ability to identify, understand, and act upon commercial and operational performance data to drive service excellence.
  • Excellent ability to influence partners while upholding company values.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
