MGID is hiring an Account Manager based in Germany to manage the full operational process for digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for accurate campaign implementation, performance analysis, and applying optimization strategies to achieve KPIs for our rapidly growing advertising platform.

What You'll Do

Manage the full operational process of digital advertising campaigns, including setup, delivery, monitoring, and optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Ad Operations, and Product to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Provide strategic support, performance updates, and actionable recommendations to your assigned clients to improve campaign results.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients to expand the partnership and drive additional revenue.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, preferably in biddable or PPC environments, with a proven record of achieving performance targets.
Ability to analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement actionable improvements to drive performance.
Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple clients and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Knowledge of key performance marketing metrics and models (such as CPL, CPA, CPS), conversion tracking, attribution, and online advertising dynamics.
Experience with campaign management and analytics tools, common tracking solutions, and data visualization platforms.
Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.

Nice to Have

Experience with biddable platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or other PPC systems.
Prior agency experience.
Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and tag management tools.
