Crypto.com is hiring an Account Manager - AMER to manage and grow relationships with key partners across the Americas region. You will play a central role in ensuring client success and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing needs and resolving issues
- Analyze account performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and deliver on client objectives
